A missing Westmoreland, PA girl was found (alive) in Arkansas.

Chat rooms (which are different from Instant Messaging) are nothing but trouble. For the life of me I can't see why any parent would allow their child to take part in a chat room. Maybe her parents didn't know. Maybe she had a computer with internet access in her bedroom. Your child shouldn't.
