Anti-porn bill may be illegal, lawyers warn.

There are two possibilities about the future, that which might happen and that which does happen. It seems that the 'might happens' which people like the above mentioned Mr. Barnard like to throw around as arguments to block protecting children from vile porn peddlers never seem to actually happen... and, it seems, the courts often buy these lame arguments.
